Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

Depending on the product and the destination, shipping is handled by Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, Colis Privé or Cainiao.

Delivery times are shown on each product page, under the "Delivery time" section. As a guideline, they are generally 4 to 10 business days in France and 5 to 12 business days to other countries served.

Shipping is free from Lovely Cocoon on the entire catalog.

If you order several products, they may be shipped in separate packages and arrive separately. Each shipment has a tracking number sent by email.

 

Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return. Return shipping costs are fully covered by Lovely Cocoon: a prepaid return label is provided to you.

The item must be returned in its original condition, new and unused, with all of its tags and its packaging. Any product damaged after receipt cannot be exchanged or refunded.
